What HomeInteli is — and isn't

HomeInteli provides informational intelligence to help you research a property. It is not real-estate, legal, financial, investment, lending, or appraisal advice, and it does not create an agent–client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. We are not a licensed real-estate brokerage, appraiser, or financial advisor.

No warranty — always verify

Reports are generated by automated analysis drawing on third-party and public data sources, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Values, comparables, risk assessments, market figures, and buildability/land determinations are estimates, not guarantees. Before making any decision or transacting, independently verify everything with the appropriate professionals and official sources — a licensed inspector, appraiser, surveyor, attorney, lender, and the relevant government records (e.g. FEMA, USFWS, county assessor and zoning offices). You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Financial figures are estimates

Every dollar amount we show — fair value, monthly cost of ownership, mortgage payment, property taxes, insurance, rent, yield, and returns — is a good-faith estimate produced by software from public data. It is not a lender quote, a loan offer, an appraisal, a tax determination, or an investment projection, and actual figures will differ. Nothing here is financial, lending, tax, or investment advice. Consult a licensed lender, tax professional, and/or financial advisor before relying on any number.

Fair Housing

Neighborhood, crime, school, and demographic information is presented as neutral, public-area statistics for general informational purposes only. It describes an area, not the people who live there, and must not be used to make or influence housing decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected under the federal Fair Housing Act or applicable state/local law. HomeInteli does not endorse or facilitate discriminatory housing practices or steering.

Intellectual property & sources

Your report is for your own use. Underlying facts, public records, and any third-party headlines or data belong to their respective owners; we link to original sources and do not copy or republish their article text or listing photographs. You confirm you have the right to submit any link you paste, and you won't use the service to scrape, resell, or systematically extract third-party content.

Payments & refunds

Reports are one-time purchases (a single report, or a multi-report bundle granting credits) — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Prices are shown before purchase and processed by Stripe. Listed prices are exclusive of sales tax: where we are required to collect it, the applicable tax is calculated from your billing address and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay.

You only pay for delivered reports: if a paid report fails to generate, we automatically refund the payment (single purchases) or return the consumed credit (bundle/credit purchases) — no request needed. Delivered reports are final: because each report consumes paid AI research the moment it is generated, purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A complete sample report is available at /sample before any purchase, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Statutory rights that can't be waived are unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeInteli is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for personal, non-abusive purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.
